The Consumer-Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) is a unique program sponsored by Medicaid, which allows those requiring home care to choose, interview, hire and, if necessary, fire a qualified individual as a caregiver. This incredible program empowers individuals to receive the same level of service from a caregiver you know and trust.
